Cute little train set for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. The engine is louder than I’d like ,but it is Runs very well. The track can be arranged in a small circle or a larger oval. It wasn’t bought for a toy. I needed a small train for a display.

The media could not be loaded. This was a very nice last minute addition to our Christmas decorations! This a very simple, plastic, battery operated train set that came complete and very well packaged. The size and design is nice, despite that the "Merry Christmas" sticker labels on the engine were mounted upside down!The 2 batteries (not provided) were a bit tricky to install, and harder to remove for storage. And getting the engine on the tracks after engaging power was a bit tricky too. I found that by lifting the rear of the engine slightly off the tracks when turning on power, I could then lower it back on track fairly well.The engine does have a head lamp and the sound effects of a chugging engine, engine whistle and occasional engine bells are really pretty realistic. Our grandkids really liked watching the action. The circumference of the circle track was just right for our tree skirt. The four straight track pieces would allow for a larger oval ring. I recommend this for a simple once a year decorative element, although slightly older kids might enjoy playing with it more often.

Love this train, so does my little guy who plays with it a few times a day, looks great under my tree does not take up Alot of space and its so cute watching my lil boy play with it and watch it go around our tree

I liked the red and green Christmas theme colors, the track was easy to assemble. I like the various train sounds and bells and whistle sounds, and the headlight on the locomotive. This is a great little train for the price!
