So easy a 3 year old can assemble
I purchased this for a Christmas tree and instead my 3 yr old has taken it over, it is easy for him to use and put together, he assembles the track by himself and he’s 3.He places the trains on the track and has lots of fun with it. The only problem for me was the engine gets hot fast and it’s sucks the life out of my double a batteries.In one day my son went threw 6 double aa energizer batteries. That is the only down fall. This product did not come with a remote control. But it is durable and good for only hard wood floors as it does not stay on the track if you put it together on carpet.

It runs nice once you get the engine on the tracks properly.
4 Stars because it takes some very agile fingers to get it on the tracks and turn it on. Once you get that down pat it ran just fine. The sounds it makes is really cool but after a short while it gets a little annoying. We're from a railroad turn so for us it does make a really nice Christmas decoration.
