Ceramic Marble Coated Cast Aluminium Non Stick Fry Pan 26cm(10 inches)

This is the second one of these pans I have ordered. I just love their nonstick properties and am looking for other sizes and shapes they sell.Updated Dec. 2013: Well, I see I wrote this first review almost two years ago. Since then I have purchased one more frypan and two of the larger cooking pots. The stone coating on all continues to be very good - in spite of multiple cooks who use these at our house, and varying levels of care during cooking and washing.I always wash by hand - and food never sticks. We have gotten a few nicks inside the pans due to family members not remembering to use the silicone spatulas and utensils. Also the coating has started to wear off the outside bottoms, due to contact with the stove top. Maybe one of these days I will give these pans to my daughter as she sets up housekeeping so I can buy some new ones for myself! I will definitely buy these again.

Like most Korean made stone non-stick pans, this pan is amazing. It's super easy to clean and incredibly resilient to sticking. These Korean made stone pans are my go-to for daily driving cooking. I do have one gripe with all these style of cast aluminum pans, however: They will warp over time which means they don't sit flat on a glass flattop stove. The pan can 'walk' or rock back and forth when it is empty or has small/light food inside of it. Use of silicone or wooden utensils is a must with this pan. Once it scratches, the coating will start peeling and doesn't stop. Avoid scrubbing the pan with a scuff pad, it will also leave micro scratches. It's better to let the pan sit with water in it to soften any cooked on food.

Had this a while and wanted to use it some before I gave a review.... I have to say that it is the real deal when it comes to non stick cookware and high quality. My wife loves this so much that told me to order the 8 inch model.

Discovered these pans while visiting a friend. They are without a doubt the best non-stick pan I have had. You literally can clean with a paper towel after the pan has set for over an hour. Liked mine so much I have purchased several as gifts.Did need to replace the screw holding on the handle with a stainless one due to rust.

the pan is good but it get some scratches after i use it 8 or 10 time so none stick but scratch easy

I love the KW BRAND. I have 5 Different size pans, and cook with them daily. They can handle really high heat, nonstick, easy to clean

This pan has not even made it 8 months and already the cheap coating is pealing off in the pan - exposing the metal underneath - making me realize just how cheap this coating is - like it was sprayed on or something. For a real coating it should be heat treated in layers to make it harder - this started pealing off like paper. I really thought this would be good replacement for previous pans - no way! Waste of money - never had a pan loose coating like this - my guess it was made in China or something!

The only way to keep food from sticking to this frying pan is to place butter or oil on the cooking surface before cooking food. No better than any other frying pan without a non-stick surface. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money on the purchase of this frying pan.
