Incredibly strong for their size.
These little magnets are incredible! I used them on a box about shoe box size, filled with some tools and other supplies that I wanted to be able to stick to the iron frame of some farm equipment. I was worried it might fall off so I placed 6 magnets equally spaced on the bottom of the box. Not only did it not fall off, it was almost impossible to remove without using most of my body's weight. After removing 2 of the magnets it works great. You do actually have to be careful because even though they're small they can still pinch the ¶|¢¢ out of your fingers if you get them in between a magnet and some ferrous metal. The only thing I did on my own was to get some small bolts, nuts, and washers along with some thread lock to secure the magnets since the box was made of material that was too thin for the screws to get a good bite. The remaining magnets were screwed to the wall to hold some pretty heavy tools and they're secure.I'm about to order more of the same magnets for a few more projects around my place as well as making a hide a key spare for the next time my wife hides the car keys from my girlfriend so she can't come pick me up from the, "massage parlor"..

Strong magnet
I got these to use in making a small kitchenette unit for a camper-van. I use the magnet to hold both drawers and doors closed, to prevent them from opening when driving. I screwed them to the rear panel of the drawers and put a 3/4" strip of mild steel down the back wall of the cabinet for the magnets to cling to. I set them up to fully contact the steel. They hold quite well, well enough that you have to give a good pull to get the drawers open. Not strong enough to self-close the drawers (a lot of people have asked about that), but more than enough hold to keep the drawers tightly closed even on rough dirt roads. The holes in the center of the magnets make them easy to install with phillips-head wood screws. Be very careful tightening the screws as the rare earth magnets are quite brittle and will shatter if you get the screws too tight! I bought a second set for another unit, and will be buying them again.

Strong Magnets
Good to have around. These are very strong magnets and very useful.

Excellent, strong magnets
I'm using these to hold 20V battery brackets on the back wall of my tool chest and they work great. I am not using the screws that came with them, but bolts I got for the purpose. The counter-sync holes are great and allow for flush screws.I have only had one of the magnets start to crack when I tightened it too far, which was on me, not the magnet. They're really good quality, very strong and easy enough to attach to just about anything. I intend to get more for attaching other things to my tool chest.

Great for metal posters
I bought these rounds ones and some bar ones. The round ones arrived yesterday the bar ones should arrive today. None of them were broken. The screws are of a non-magnetic metal. They are strong enough that a single one can do what I was wanting it to do.I bought these in order to change from using the adhesive that a certain metal poster company sends with them to stick on the wall and hold it in place that is magnetic on the other side. The adhesive is one time use of course. So if I wanted to move them every I wouldn't be able to due to couldn't change from one spot to another. So instead I looked into getting these. Using even a single one of the medium metal posters is holding it up and in place. It does give it a spin point though with it being a circle so you have to balance it just right. Using 2 would be ideal. I tested how strong it would be on it before hanging it up. The magnet sticks to it very well and I used an hex key/ allen wrench in order to remove the magnet from the metal poster to not damage the back of the poster. Ordered 12 of magnets total. Might order more while I know that there seems to be a good batch.

Very strong
Dislike it when they get stuck together.

Strong magnets
I thought these were like ones I have purchased before but they are far smaller. I looked at weight strength and not dimension. My mistake not the item description. I haven't used them for their intended purpose but I think I will swap these for the mega stronger ones I ordered before.Warning: Watch out working with larger rare earth magnets. They are very powerful and if you aren't paying attention and they draw together mid air and your fingers are in the way, you are going to know it! If they become stacked with no separator disk between magnets, they double/triple down on magnetic strength. You may not be able to pry them apart easily. With effort, depending on size of magnet, you can slide the topmost one off and place it elsewhere. Again, if you set it too close to another one, they will slam together from a surprisingly wide gap. You, a pet, kid or item might be in for an ouchie or damage. The magnets can break by slamming them to a surface they can stick to or by dropping them. 😁

Brittle, Be Careful
These magnets are very strong but can crack up during installation. I tried to be careful when tightening down but the magnet shattered.
