Clipper set was poorly packaged by Amazon and unfortunately a couple of the limited combs were broken. I contacted Amazon customer support and they offered no help whatsoever. All I wanted was to replace the broken combs, which were sold individually by Amazon, but was told the only option I had was to return for a refund or do without the broken combs. So I contacted Oneisall customer support via email and Sue responded relatively quick. She asked for some additional information. A couple of emails later Sue told me they would replace the broken combs. Within 2 days I received a new Complete Set of the limited combs. Don't hesitate to order these Clippers, they are quiet and work great. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase.
