I have a bichon/shih tzu mix dog. She is a beauty but I literally have to comb her everyday because she gets mats super fast. I bought the Biosilk for pups because I needed help. It is very effective with combing out the mats and it smells great. Her coat is much more shiny and im keeping the mats away. Also my dog allows me to comb her without a fuss, I think she knows this stuff works!!!

Havent uses to do a brush threw yet but im hopefull bcuz this spray left the coat nice and soft and cuddley so im so hopeful forra pleasant surprise

Hair seems to be soft and not sticky after use. I think it's kind of a strong fragrance. Like hairspray. Not my favorite.

I have 2 Schnauzers. Between grooming they tend to get tangles on their legs and furnishings, especially in this wet weather. This product was really no better than I could get at a department store. The non-adjustable, push down spray cap is not a good idea when trying to brush tangles. It just sprays a stream and makes a wet spot on the fur. I poured it into a trigger bottle and adjusted the nozzle and it works better. The product itself, not very effective.

Smooth and silky for the hair, helps detangle my pups hair great.
