Hi. They are in increments of of 5lbs. I bought the 40lbs one. I’m still at 25lbs when using it. I walk 4.5 miles with it on..

Q: Can you wash this weight vest?

I dont put it in the washer or anything because of fear of ruining it because of the material so what i do is use disinfectant wipes on the vest after each use

Water bottle holder? I guess if it can idk, the vest goes over you there’s nothing besides the best and weights. Nothing extra on mine at all.

Q: whats the difference between having the shoulder pads and not having the shoulder pads?

I bought the vest without the pads not thinking it was a big deal but it does start to hurt my shoulders after a while
