The product is robust and can be used with own convenience. Very effective for pain relief.

You have to keep it plugged and wire is too small, if you don't have power socket near you then it will be a problem.Also the heat feature doesn't work. I returned it again got the same issue.It's not very easy to use, you have to keep holding it with both hands and there is no belt or anything.Overall not recommended.

By seeing reviews I have purchased this product. However I am not much convinced with this product. Adjustments are not available, we should hold long time and not able to do other works simultaneously. It is not fit to all persons, small in size Even I want to return this product, I could not do it as no return policy. So guys please see carefully and buy it.

This is quite an amazing product. Because of using the laptop a lot and looking down at my phone I have a tense neck and shoulder and not many massage. People could massage in the right way. This massage is better than a person’s hand. It immediately relieves my tense neck.
