T-mobile Brand USA Prepaid Travel SIM Card Unlimited Call, Text and 4G LTE Data (for use in USA only) (for Phone use only. NOT for Modem/WiFi Devices) (30 Days)

I bought 2 of these for a recent trip to the USA. They both worked perfectly.People who have had problems with these SIMs is because they simply don't follow instructions.When you receive your SIM you are supposed to register your SIM serial code which is printed physically on the card it comes in. The seller provides a link to where you do this. You also need to specify when you need it activated by.My advice is to:1. Make sure your phone is UNLOCKED before ordering2. Order the SIM several weeks before departure.3. When you register your SIM, specify you need the SIM activated at least 2 days prior to arrival.4. Do not insert the SIM into your phone until you land in the USA5. This might be a T-mobile SIM but do not contact t-mobile. Contact the seller directly with any issues.I made a mistake with one of the sims I bought and asked to have it activated 2 months after my trip. I asked them to activate it ASAP and in a couple of hours it was activated.I had a great experience with these SIMs. I had internet and a local phone number from the time I landed until the time I left the country. No signal problems and the internet speed was quite good.I recommend them and I will purchase again.

i activated this SIM in san francisco (actually bought 2, one other for a family member). activation was fine, and the SF bay area coverage was good, but when i went down Route 1 or to yosemite, coverage started to decline, but it was ok. but it started getting really bad when i traveling to las vegas, both on the road and in the hotel. i am right now getting terrible bandwidth (eg 2mbps download speed and spotty voice quality) while in a hotel off the Strip. in effect this SIM is useless. no value for my money. i have regularly used onemobile SIMs in the SF Bay area before, and i never had big complaints. DO NOT BUY THIS SIM from this company.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered pre-paid T-Mobile SIM cards from this company and the activation is always prompt and seamless. Excellent product and a fraction of the normal cost of unlimited cellphone service if I had gone directly through T-Mobile. Highly recommend.

Bought this because the reviews were good and it was able to be shipped by Amazon to me in Korea before my trip. I set up the activation online before departing, and when I arrived I put the SIM in my phone and everything worked. No problems at all with calls or data during the three weeks I used the chip. I would buy it again.

Inexpensive, easy to use

This sim card is not good!!! it never activated and i have written email for help with no response, Never received a phone number either,.... I do not recommend at all. Poor customer service! Followed all instructions from first email.

My activation was completed in about 2 hours on the same day.No complaints!

The sim card worked well for me and I received quick replies through emails for support. The only issue is it took a week before I could make calls. Data was working fine but I could not make regular phone calls or text. After a week and a few adjustments calls started working.
