I got this Tello Mobile SIM plan for my daughter, and it’s been such a great choice! The setup was super easy — we just popped in the SIM card, activated it online, and it was ready within minutes. The 5GB data plan with unlimited talk and text is perfect for her needs, and the coverage has been strong everywhere we’ve gone. I also love that there’s no contract and that I can easily manage or change the plan anytime from the app. It’s budget-friendly and works with unlocked phones, which made switching over really simple. If you’re looking for an affordable, flexible mobile plan (especially for kids or teens), Tello is definitely worth it. I needed a temporary plan for my visitor to the country for couple of months and this was a good plan for that purpose. It was easy to setup and Tello's website was easy to use when activating this plan. We only used it for couple of months but the coverage was also great in the places we visited. This is one of the cheaper options out there and Signal quality was great too. Activation was easy.

Does not work in westchester/ny I mean it does not connect to mobile data. I tried with two of my phones, iphone 6s and samsung 10 plus

I was a little worried about what was included with this $14 purchase, but everything worked out as hoped. The activation went smoothly and was completed in just a couple of minutes. The cost for this SIM card did include the first 30 days service. I had to enter payment information, but that was only for auto-renewal after the 30 days. (I didn't explore whether there was a way to skip entering payment info.) The number porting process was straightforward and self-service on the Tello web site, and nearby is information about porting the number away from Tello if/when the time comes, also self-service. This was truly hassle-free. I've just started using the service, so I can't comment on call quality, etc, but since it's an MVNO on the T-Mobile network, I don't anticipate any trouble.

Recieved quickly. I'm sure everything is fine. I haven't activated it as we got a different phone that doesn't require this.

This product works exactly as advertised. It should be noted that it uses just T-Mobile network and not the networks of T-Mobile's partners (for example, in Alaska). But, within the range of T-Mobile's networks, these SIM cards work well. Installation was straight forward. The registration process does require the recording of a telephone number. As I am a visitor to the USA and not looking to port a number, I used the number of a colleague here in the USA. That number changes to your own once you have registered. You do need to provide a credit or debit card number or similar, but that is understandable as the pre-payment is just for one month. When I leave the country, I can readily cancel my subscription. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase.

Wasn't compatible with my phone it was carrier locked so double check that before buying any prepaid services like this one!
