I had bought a different brand and it didn’t last 3 months so I look for a new one and found this .What an amazing rice cooker. I’ve use on my business and it can make so much rice. I love it. And I recommend this vendor and specially this rice cooker.

The rice is very good. Too much or too less water would not make the rice bad. This rice cooker can hold a lot of rice. I thought it would be not good before buying it but I decided to try it because I need the big rice cooker. This one is the best choice and I really like it. I hope it will last a while

So we used the rice cooker daily for 5 months and one day it stopped working. I contacted SYBO and they sent me a new one right away, no questions asked. They were super friendly and quick about it.

I was dissatisfied with the fact the rice cooker purchased "new" came dirty. It was clearly used and was not even cleaned. In addition it was banged up on the exterior and interior. How could amazon allow this to be shipped.

We use it weekly for church gathering to feed 60 people or more. High quality rice cooker of great value. Would definitely recommend it!
