my old one is broken,so i buy this one instand,i used it as rice warmmer for my restaurant,all i can said it is easy to used,used for 4 month now,have nothing problem.good quality.

This worked great. We used it at our restaurant literally all day long! All day, I did buy it thinking it was a rice cooker... didn't read it correctly. But worked great to hold rice.

I bought the first one of good quality, so I bought the second one, but I found that it was completely different from the first one. Its lid can't be stuck, and it will be automatically closed. If you hit it carelessly, your hand will be injured. In addition, it is difficult to open the lid once it is covered.

This was advertised as a 100 cup rice cooker, and two day shipping. It did not take two days and when it arrived it’s now a rice warmer that is misleading information I spent almost $200 for what I thought was a rice cooker for my small business I don’t need a rice warmer. This is unacceptable.
