Its not useful as I took 2 tablets per day but no changes in sleep hope better not go for it as I have bought sleep sure 2 bottle as one bottle contains 30 tablet so taking 2 bottle will give me one month course but since 5 days I m using nothing changed for me n else this bought other product don't know that will work or not atleast if u charge so high thought it will be usefull but it's good for nothing. So think before u buy go for other herbal this is just priced high no use

To control sugar and found effective

First of all the pill is too expensive for me. Second, it did work for me but not on day 1. It started kicking in on day 3 and I had a sound sleep on third night. After fifth night, sleep was intense so I was feeling groggy since waking up till about 10am. After sixth night I was feeling drowsy and could not drive throughout the day.I stopped taking the pill for a couple of days and was still sleeping OK. Just tried I restarted the pill because I had spent so much money on it. Day 1 (night 1) was back to square 1. Poor quality sleep :) This could probably be because the brain is expecting sleep and not switching off. I did not go beyond day 1. Going back to good old Melatonin.

Superb product from the house of Baidyanath who own cureveda. I was on prescription medication and melatonin even then I had issues with falling asleep and getting quality sleep. After taking this product for about five days I reduced drastically allopathic sleep medications without suffering any withdrawal symptoms. The quality of sleep has also increased. I have ordered my second bottle from Amazon. For best results take 2 tablets about half an hour before going to sleep. The ingredients used are of a very high quality like Valerian root and Sarphgandha both of which have beneficial effects on your blood pressure levels. Worked for me slightly that too 3 hours after pill consumption... But stopped working from the 3rd day onwards.. I have been taking it continuously.. But zero sleep have occurred.Waste of money..
