Q: Does it include the transcription and the dictation ennd of the software to use with a d7000 olympus.

Hi, this equipment is the Olympus AS-9000 PC Transcription Kit and it is what the name indicates, just a transcription kit. I am not sure if there is another kit which includes both transcription and dictation software, but this one does not. I am very happy with it and with the back-up service provided by Olympus - they do remote access to resolve any software issues.

Q: Do you offer a package with this, under chin headphones and ds-9000 or ds-9500 voice recorder premium kits please?
