Yes they do but the problem I had was that when I had to order a second pair of inserts for these they were a different shape and size and you cant get them in the UK.

How do you change the lenses please?

Place the centre of the lease over the nose and slowly and carefully slightly bend the lense until it pops into the slots at either end of the frame by the arm. Do the same but in reverse to remove

how do you wear the head band? Can't find any instructions.

You have to press the button on side of the glasses, and pull out the bits that go over your ears and replace with the bits from the head strap

Can you buy replacement lenses for these frames?
