I run three cnc machines all day every day & have used all sorts of bits. I have not found anything that comes close. I have read a few bad reviews about aligning the blade, but in my opinion, that sets them well apart from everything else. I purchased one a few months ago to try & struggled to get the blade right as I was trying to centralize it. The blade has to be to the right! then angle the blade to get the point as central to how "you" want it, a bit of practice & I get it right every time now. I now run them on all my machines.A real added bonus is the price of the replacement blades, which I find hold their edge better than two flute bits & can be rotated when the blade starts to dull.

When you work it out this 90 v-bit probably works out cheaper than those cheap red Chinese bits( Which aren’t bad ) but are becoming more expensive.This bit cuts pretty well too on my Cnc machine even on hardwood it gives a better finish than those cheap red bits.I just wish the 60 degree bit was as good a value as the 90 but strangely the 60 version is way more expensive.

Using this on a Workbee CnC with a Makita trimmer and it works very nice. I have not replaced the blade yet but took some measurements as it is now and placed in bit box to make it easier to replace in future. Also used it in a Katsu but the noise was horrible not the fault of the bit but it highlighted the difference in trimmer quality!

There are no notches or guides for you to align the blade with when setting up. Massive flaw in the design. Sure it will cut very well if you ever get it aligned.
