Cho-Pat Original Knee Strap, Patella Support for Runner’s Knee, Jumper’s Knee, Osgood Schlatter’s, and Chondromalacia, Black, X-Large

I had worn similar braces years ago when I first injured one of my knees. I have since developed painful patellofemoral syndrome, for which my former PT had recommended another type of magnetic braces, whose velcro proved too scratchy behind my knees. These braces feel more comfortable; there is a bit of velcro crossover sometimes, but it is easily adjusted. I'm on a new exercise plan that is helping me shape up gradually without so much pain, so I appreciate the range of sizes, too.

For the price this product is crap! Where it fastens at the back of the knee rubs and irritates due to crappy design! Do not waste your money! Cho Pat Crap! Had to give it 1 star to submit my review but it really doesn’t deserve that!

It does the job intended

Helps me do things that had become uncomforable or painful, especially requiring flexing my left knee. I wear it all the time when exercising now and it even has helped when I don't wear it. It does stretch over time especially when it gets wet but then stabilizes. Just don't get one that is near the end of the adjustment when new.

My only concern is that you can't return for larger or smaller sizes. Other than that major reason,than seem like a excellent product!!

Band worn on several hikes to support an aching knee. While it made the hike more comfortable, the knee still needs rest and recuperation. It is better than larger straps that cause excessive sweating but is intended only for minor knee alignment problems.Suggest a medical opinion before using any knee appliance.

I had one of these that was about 20 years old and have used it occasionally. Now that I'm older, I'm using it more so I thought I'd better try to find another one. Ordered this one and it's great. I'm still amazed at how it works but it does!

I liked this product for the first 3 weeks. It is comfortable and supported my Patella. Then, after 3 weeks, the Velcro failed and the brace no longer stayed on. I’ve had to order a different knee brace, but not from Cho-Pat.
