Shocked My Carpenter
Let me start by saying, Like many others i like to do a bit of research before making a purchase on a tool. After extensive research i found this nail gun would be the perfect fit for the type of trim work i needed to have done. I started doing an accent wall in my wifes salon using several different types of trim. After 2 days struggling to get the pattern exact i decided to hire a skilled carpenter to come finish the job. after leaving him on the job for two days i found he did an incredible job but i noticed my Ryobi nail gun was not where i had left it and i had only about 2 strips of pin nails left in the bag it was in. I called out my carpenter and asked if he used this nail gun. He was honest and said he doesn't know what he would have done without it and immediately after finishing my job he went out and bought one for himself. He said he was so impressed with this gun and never in a million years would he have thought to add a ryobi gun to his tool bag. Lets just say this thing is dependable and outperforms any pneumatic gun I've ever used.

Stole my money
I bought a Ryobi nail gun halfway through the first project I was working on it stopped firing nails. I returned the nail gun and was charged a 100% restocking fee. If you are going to take a return and steal the full cost of it a return should not be allowed. Trash product and trash company that's not how you treat customers Guess I'll never buy a Ryobi tool again.

What I needed
It's a little heavy and doesn't stand up on the battery without falling forward. However, it is exactly what I needed. Works great and no air compressor noise. Takes a little to get use to the safety on the trigger but it's my first ryobi tool, so that type saftey may be standard on them.

Best Purchase for Trims
This has made putting trim on furniture as easy as point and pull trigger. This has saved me a lot of time and logistics with clamps. Will never go back.

Reliable
Works great I was surprised I didn’t expect such a reliable tool from Riobi and I use it in a commercial setting as a Carpenter in the Union
