Good Quality and easy to use
Our now 19 year old daughter is non verbal with Autism, and DS. She has always loved recording sounds and familiar voices, she is a sensory seeker and repetitive behavior she likes to play specific sounds, this is very easy to use, as well educational to help with speech therapy. I like the stand feature in the back to help hold it up in place, the mirror and the lock button feature is a plus to help avoid deleting the recording till your ready to. Great that you can also purchase more than one for back up, as well the recording time is great. Ease of two buttons, red to record and green to play. Nice added white board piece to also draw a photo or add words etc on the white board piece, as well a clear protective piece to cover it. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thank you!

Unusual use
I bought this for my Dad who has Alzheimer's. He gets agitated and the only thing that calms him down is to hear my voice. The caregivers at his Memory Care will play my message and it calms him down immediatley. Another family bought one for their loved one. Easy to use and set up.Well, don't drop it. It broke after being dropped once. Ordering another since it works so well to calm my Dad down.

Great toy
It records very well and is easy to use. The size is perfect for small hands and it functions as expected. I would buy it again.

Just got it today and...
I may never know what it is like because I CANT GET THE LID OFF WHERE THE BATTERIES GO!!!!! Why oh why is it always a tiny Phillips screw that gets easily stripped?! I tried all sorts of tools and went in both directions. Not coming out. My impulse is to break it out then tape it but it was supposed to be a gift for my autistic grandson who might remove any tape. Plus I wouldn't be able to send it back in which I may end up doing so I have to give it one star..... 😞

Love it but only lasts a few months
I use this for someone who can not read to leave messages. It is the funnest little thing and we love it but it does break after a few months. This will be my third one to order in less than 9 months. Worth the buy if your pocket book allows for replacing it often. It has a lock under the kickstand so your message can’t be erased on accident, which I am a huge fan of.

My Grandma loves it
I got this for my grandma who is a nursing home resident. I live far away from her so now she can hear my voice on this device anytime she wants. I also put a picture of us together in the frame. She loves it and told me she plays it so much that the staff are probably sick of hearing it. 😁The sound is pretty good and loud enough for my 91 year old Grandma to hear. It seems pretty good quality, I dropped it and it did not break.

Keeping Grammy's voice close by!
Due to Covid, I see my young granddaughters only occasionally now. One of our "rituals" when I'd stay at their house previously was to sing them French lullabies ( former French teacher here) at bedtime. I googled options & found this Voice Pad. I recorded Au Clair de la Lune on one and A La Claire Fontaine on the other, so the girls could switch off. I liked that it has a "hidden" lock feature so it can't be EASILY erased ( impetuous 6 yr old nonetheless managed to "accidentally" erase it!), and that I could easily re-record it after the initial attempt was too loud. The girls keep them by their beds, and after I re-recorded the "erased" recording, hopefully they're both working now! And since I could record for 40 seconds ( many other options were much shorter) I was able to complete the whole song.
