I could not be happier with the plants or the customer service. I highly recommend purchasing your begonias here. This is my third order and I'm very satisfied with the plants and the careful packaging.Edit* I ordered again (maybe I keep killing them, but they arrive so beautifully that I have to keep trying). The plants are stunning as always and the packaging is excellent. Somehow I managed to get two plants that were on my "wish list". Stunned and happy all over again.

I have 12 begonias, including these. I have purchased them from a total of 4 online sellers and these are the best yet.4 different varieties and each one filled the 4 inch pot it came in and are in amazing shape for being shipped.I would reorder today if I could be assured I would get different varieties than I have.

I was not sure what I would get when I ordered these 4 Beginias we but WOWZIERS!! They are absolutely beautiful, well packaged and in mint condition! The only thing is the soil is very wet. I am new to begonias, I collect succulents. I give this purchase 5 STARS!!! If u are on the fence about ordering these go for it!! They are very good value!! Thanx!!

3 out of the 4 plants have made it past a week, one plant arrived “sick”.

The plants came in wilted and on the edge of dying. The main issue was the packaging. All of the plants were practically placed on top of the soil with maybe a quarter inch of soil over the roots. Two of them, the root ball was visible when the box was opened. Some of this is probably the fault of UPS, but some is on the seller.The main issue was how haphazardly the plants were shoved into a tiny box. On each plant several leaves were bent in half and broken. We had to remove 30 - 60% of the leaves because they were dead. It's been a few days now and they are starting to rebound, but still look pretty sad. One of them may not survive.This was a gift to my wife, but looked more like a salvage mission. Luckily she's got a very green thumb and will probably save them. I would recommend the seller to take a close look at how they package these plants otherwise they will start receiving many complaints. From the other reviews, it appears my experience is an outlier and not a downward trend. Time will tell.

I ordered for begonia. They came very well packed and didn’t seem too beat up when I received them. But within two days two are nearly dead.

I made an order of 8 plants and 7/8 were in great condition, one came out of its nursery pot but was still in decent condition. The packaging was actually good.4/5 starsNot one plant was a repeat, all different! The foliage is absolutely beautiful, lush, and full. From silvery greens to splattered reds and green with red jagged edges. The shipping was very fast would recommend and buy again!Overall 5 stars!

Gorgeous begonias that were packed expertly and arrived in perfect condition. I buy a lot of plants online and this is the best purchase ever. If you are considering these, buy with confidence!
