Good value for money.
LOMVUM T28B is essentially the same as Richmeters RM118B. Pleased with the build quality. Test leads are not the best, but quite suitable. I was pleasantly surprised by the buzz without delays, like expensive multimeters. At first there were delays, but then I wiped with a degreaser and the delays disappeared. NCV is not entirely clear, but it is quite suitable for detecting an electric field and detecting a break in a wire. I managed to buy when it cost $ 23. Now it costs $ 30 :)). The disadvantages are the lack of an option to disable beep and power from 4 batteries instead of 2. In general, satisfied with the purchase. I recommend to buy. Thank you Lomvum!P.S.My review is for the model T28B, not the T21E. And I bought exactly the T28B model. For some reason, my review follows an incorrect link to the T21E model. I do not know this, a bug of the Amazon site or the seller of Lonvum. Please correct this so as not to mislead people. Thank!

More useful features then your usual multi tester
It has all the standard tests that you would see in a multi tester but it does have wider ranges in almost all of the standard tests. Not only does it have a standard diode and continuity test but it has the ability to test capacitors and transistors which some multi testers can do. Now for some of the extras. It has a non-contact ac voltage detector built into it so I no longer have to keep a separate probe for that. It has an accurate frequency tester which comes in handy. It has the ability to test temperature so I can find out if a component is extremely hot. It also has a nice infrared remote detector to actually see if your infrared remote control is sending signals. All in all this multitester has replaced four of my previous tools in my tool kit. I highly recommend this tester for its features and accuracy.

Lum bum bum bum bum
Not happy. I have had this in use for the last 6 months under heavy use at times and it just really let's me down. At first I thought it was just me being picky but now after having a fluke and a owon meter I can say this is not worth the time to test this out. I've spent way too much time troubleshooting weird and bizarre issues and just realize it's time to put this to bed.1. It's huge. I mean no reason take up more than your big man hand size. Why? Don't know cause it's pure plastic. The screen is nice but that's it.2. The dial is very cheap and every time you use it you feel like it might just fall apart. Sigh. This was originally my favorite part of how smooth it felt. Oh it's smooth now Jerry.3. The boot holding it? Huge. Just huge.4. The leads? Meter says can measure 20A but leads i got only rated for 10A. Yup that is an easy one to miss and glad I didn't test any 12v batteries current.5. Fuses? Hmm yeah not sure, no numbers on mine so cannot tell you if they are fuses or just for show. Also they are opaque so cannot see through the fuses.6. Temperature probe? Dunno? Mine doesn't work. Tried multiple times and never get a accurate reading. I mean like just sits at room temperature regardless. Lol.7. Bscklight? It turns on but does not turn off once on. Only way is to turn off the entire meter or let time expire which seems to be about 2 mins if in use or not. Joke.8. When backlight is on so is the really bright led. No option for one or the other. You get both on or off. Thanks Henry the 2nd. Been there done that.9. Alligator clips? Alligator nope. Don't fit the leads and fall off. Throw away junk.10. Throw away test leads.11. Ncv meh, doesn't work reliably enough to say it's safe to use. It works sometimes in a proximity. The light feature os best. Audio beep? Loud AF. Clip the buzzer.12. Audio beep per dial spin? Yup. Loud AF. Clipped the speaker cause no thanks.13. Features? It has em. Do you want to test them all? Not me given above. So I only use it for a backup voltmeter for my power supply when prototyping. That's what it has become.Bottom line. There are much more reliable tools out there for a little extra and still auto range. That's where I would spend my money. I thought I loved this but later determined it was trying to convince me being 6000 counts and have some features like voltage measurement that are solid. If that's all you need. Sick bud.To me this is not a multimeter. It's a voltage prop with extra things that may or may not work.

Easy to use and visibility of display is great, but NCV is a bust.
Auto-Ranging Digital Multimeter, 6000 Counts Electrical Tester AC/DC Voltage Current Detector, NCV works as expected, except for the NCV. NCV does not function very well, it gives a false signal where there is no cable(romax) and nothing right at the outlet, lol. NCV need more work I suppose.Otherwise the meter works pretty good. Display is easy to read and selecting test mode is very easy. Great meter, less teh NCV. I would give it 5 star if not for the NCV.

Nice performance multimeter
Pros: It performs very well at all functions. Meets all the specs listed. Even lights white LED's and is able to display the voltage value with no problems. Back light display is awesome. The magnet on the back is really helpful when you need both hands to perform readings. The continuity test latches quick and it is very responsive. Capacitance measurement has a very nice range and 4mfd takes about 7 seconds to get the reading. One of the best I have seen for this price point.Const: The range switch beep every time you change the position (This can be annoying for someone). It has ceramic fuses but those are rated 250v only and the input protection is limited; So the application of this meter is limited (No for electricians or work on the mains). But great performance for electronics or work inside home before the electrical panel. That is why the 5 stars.

Rome honest review
I like how I was asked about its accuracy. Well I didn't get shocked when it said there was no current. And I didn't try when it said there was. This has been useful to me and I don't need it everyday. Easy to use and read. I suppose I would recommend. I'm not really a pro tho so I might just say there's better ppl to ask. Hey. It works

overkill in scientific measurements
It works, just needed a volt ohm meter

Great customer service, bang for the buck
I highly recommend this meter. I did have an issue with one of the leads not working, I contacted the vendor and had a replacement very quickly. The meter is accurate as I can compare to other meters that I have and the extra features that make life easier on the job site. Will try other products from this company as they do care about their customers.
