Solid subwoofer
This sub is fairly heavy duty. I can get it to play as low as single digit frequencies and it strokes powerfully with zero to very little physical noise from the cone or basket. Plus it's cool to see this thing excurt what seems like two inches! I'm happy...but need more power! Plays low subtle sounds well and can get real loud.

TENOUTTATEN
I bought this sub looking for some more boom than a set of 12s could give me and boy does it. I have this beast in a box thats honestly too small and I'm running it 100 watts under RMS and it out slams my buddys 2 rockford p3s. Would and probably will buy again.

This sub is no joke. They always amazed when i tell them it is one 12 making all that boom.

Better than I had hoped for.
I had a JL W3 V3 (SVC 4ohm) running in a ported box on a JL 600/1 amp and simply swapped this sub in its place. I wired this DVC 4ohm into 2ohms to pull 500-600 watts from the amp, which is powered by a secondary dedicated battery. Now I need Dynamat. It hits so hard that my car now sounds like a tin can with loose rocks in it. The box is smaller than it wants, but I like a tighter bass -- even though I listen to rap and electronic, mainly. Now that I know it hits so hard, I'm gonna build a sealed box for it and tighten it up even more. Make no mistake though, this is way tight in a ported box, just too loud and overpowering.
