This review is basically key points since I have just started using it. I wanted to help out with some key points that could save frustration for those beginning to use this product. First off there is a scoop in the bag, but definitely buried in the fine poofy powder. So I just squeezed the bag from the sides and pushed the powder up and viola there was the scoop. I don’t recommend putting your hand in powder as it has a clingy effect. Second key piece of info is that the scoop according to the mfg. IS an 11g measurement so just fill ONE scoop level and blend into your choice of 8-12oz of hot or cold beverage. Speaking of scoop, if you did not receive said scoop, it is equivalent to 2 and 1/4 ROUNDED teaspoonsfull per mfg. I did measure to test and it was pretty close. As for the mixing of the powder, I recommend using a MINI drink mixer that most people would use for smoothies or protein drinks (if u have one) it just makes it easier to mix without clumps or use a whisk or spoon. The key to no clumps is to poor the powder into 8-12oz of your choice of hot or cold beverage A LITTLE AT A TIME. Mix throughly with whisk or blender between each time you add more powder. Trust me you do not want to try and drink this with clumps. Now for the taste, I mixed mine in 12oz of ice cold water (see pic) and it has very little flavor if any. I can taste only a SLIGHT flavor which reminds me of protein powders. But I mixed in water so I could tell if it was awful and it isn’t at all. If I mixed in juice or coffee or tea I’m sure I wouldn’t taste any of it. So 5 stars for taste. I’ve heard some collagen powders are awful. This isn’t. In the picture you will notice a slight yellow color, that is as yellow as it gets for 12oz. Less water I’m sure more yellow color. I had already had some so the volume you see in the bottle is not the 12oz I started with. I can definitely say I will have no problem drinking this. Another side note, some people said they didn’t get the full 41 servings that it states you should get, I have not reached a point yet to tell if this is accurate however I suggest that if you do buy this, keep a paper taped with the bag (like I am) to put a mark everyday you have some to see exactly how many servings you get so you will know how often to buy it if you continue. Speaking on this point, I did the subscribe and save subscription (free to cancel anytime) and it saved me 5% right off the top. I figured since I can cancel anytime why pay more when I’m just starting out. If I like it and it shows results then I’m already signed up for the auto delivery every two months (most popular option) and if I don’t like it then i at least saved some money off the top and can cancel the auto fill. One last thing I noticed is the powder seems to have a little static electricity thing happening inside the bag, so just be careful when scooping, it might start to cling to your hand or clothes if to close to the powder. It was sticking to my measuring spoon on the outside, kinda weird and cool at the same time. I will update review in 30 days or so to see if I notice a change in hair, skin, nails, wrinkles etc. As for my hair, it will be easy to tell if it helps grow hair faster since I have a nearly shaved head, except for my small spiked mohawk. So I will definitely notice if my hair is growing faster since I know exactly how much hair grows in 4 weeks since I have a regular cut every 3 weeks. The bag has a closure seal to keep it fresh and I don’t think it would transfer easily to another container since it’s like powdered sugar and is “clingy” and poofy. The whole bag would need to go into a different container if necessary. Hope this helps answer some questions that I even had when I started and had to find the answers on my own. I've been trying to end a 5 year pity party and get my health back in order. So, I'm doing a lot more than just introducing this product. That being said, I've been using it for nearly a month and a half and I think it's working. For starters, my hair is obviously fuller. I'm already seeing a thickness change in my ponytail and I'm not losing nearly as much when I shower. My nails also seem to be growing a little faster with greater hardness. Around the time I started using this, I had sort of a nerve-wracking day where I bit down all of my nails. I noticed them growing back faster and what's growing in isn't bending and breaking like they normally do. I also think it's helping my joints. I walk about 35 miles per week, go on the stationary bike for at least 65 miles a week, use an elliptical 2-3 hours a week, and do strength training 5-6 days a week. I was experiencing knee pain before I started using this product but that pain has pretty much disappeared. Considering my fitness just keeps growing in intensity and frequency, I think this product probably helped. Even skin seems to be helping. I don't see a reduction in fine lines, but some of the puffiness and jowls I saw a month and a half ago are diminishing quite a bit. In any event, I bought a second bag, so hopefully I will still keep seeing positive results.

I am loving this collagen. I have tried other brands and never really noticed a difference. With this brand I have noticed that it has made my nails and hair grow! I have been taking it for about 2 months now and love the results. I add it to my smoothie every morning, it is smooth and doesn't really have a taste. It blends in great and I can feel good about taking this every morning!

Live Conscience Collegen powder arrived well packaged in recyclable container. It dissolves readily in coffee or tea and barely noticeable taste. I’m taking this collagen for skin strengthening and hair growth and health. It has been about 4 weeks since I’ve started it and I do notice less hair loss and a bit less bruising on my skin. It is a decent price.

I wanted to ✋️ a coupe of months to write this review so i knew if it really works or not. You can see hair growth in pix 1. I also need to get my hair colored more frequently bc it's growing faster. Not such thicker but it is healthier, not dry.My nails are super amazing. They are extremely strong and grow quickly. I Jane to cute them weekly.I feel my skin is a softer. Not so dry. Colorado weather is grewlingly dry.Glad I found this product. I like mango but I love the chocolate flavor. Hopefully they come out with more flavors.

So far so good. Been taking for almost 2 months and noticing slight improvement in knee pain. Not the cheapest out there but not overly expensive either. Like the quality and ease of mixing with coffee in the morning with no change in taste. Also like it is 3rd party tested and some quality controls in place.

I like this protein. My doctor suggested I needed more protein while on the GLP-1 shots, so this product is an easy way to help get that in. Also, I can't swear the product is solely responsible for it, but I have noticed some "age spots" on my face getting lighter. I put it in my coffee every morning, and it dissolves completely without clumping. I will keep ordering this product.

I am only using half the recommended daily amount; I put one rounded teaspoon in my coffee. After about 5 weeks my nails look really good! I have not noticed any difference with joint pain. My skin does look a little better. I plan to keep using this and might increase the amount just to see if I notice even more improvement.
