I would give 0 stars if possible. Unit started leaking within a month of installation. Reached out to Whale’s customer service and still haven’t gotten a response. Removed tank from the enclosure, pressure tested and found 2 thru wall leaks and both heat exchanger barbs leaking @ 40psi.

About 2 inches longer than the Attwood EHM-11 it replaced, so had to make room for it. Works better than the old and super easy to install.

Avoid this product and company! Unit leaked internally within a couple months and could never get a response from customer service, even after waiting on hold for hours and leaving a dozen voice and email messages.
