ACDelco GM Original Equipment 84176675 Rear Air Lift Shock Absorber

Exact match to my Suburban and easy to install. Arrived in original boxes packed well.

Took it to the dealer for some maintenance and they found that the rear shocks needed to be replaced. They wanted $1,700 to replace them so i got the part number from the shock it self and looked to see if ACDelco carried it in amazon as i have already purchased the front shocks here and replaced them my self, and they did. So i ordered them and were the exact same shocks, saved my self $1,000. Easy to install if you have the tools and some mechanical experience.

I bought this product thinking it’s from the Actual ACDelco Store that if anything happens, I will have a good warranty. Less the 5 months of buying 2 ACDelco shocks #84176675, one side airbags is blown while the other side wobbles around. Newparts (the 3rd party seller) will not refund or exchange because it’s past their 30 days return period. Was told that we had to call directly to ACDelco for the warranty because it’s their product. Got off the phone with ACDelco and they told us they do not Warranty 3rd party seller even though when I bought it from the ACDelco store on Amazon but Newparts was the one that sold it. Now in less then a year I’m out of $900 for faulty shocks that nobody wants to take accountability. Would definitely Not ever buy from them again unless they make it right!!!!

Well, as advertised, shocks should be AC Delco brand (a GM brand). They even came in original GM boxes but the shocks inside the boxes were BWI brand. BUT, went to check on my car and the old OEM ones in it are in fact BWI. Did research it further and BWI is who developed the Magneride suspension used in GM vehicles. So, despite my initial confusion, no issues so far. Will put them on and give a try.

Factory parts install took 45 minutes.
