Wusthof Classic IKON Carving Knife, One Size, Black, Stainless

I have 4 Wusthof knives - this one, a 10 inch Chef's knife, a 6 inch meat knife, and a 14 inch serrated bread knife. That's about all anyone needs. This particular knife is what you should have to cut turkey, chicken, roasts, etc. Perfect. Don't monkey around with an electric carving knife - buy one of these. Extraordinarily well made, sharp, holds the edge, resharpens well, and works exactly as advertised.

This is a great knife and well worth the money! I find the Ikon series very well balanced and you can’t beat Wüsthof steel. If you’re not into cooking much or don’t focus much on the knives you purchase and use, I would say this knife is not for you but if your even a halfway serious cook, I would invest the money on this.

Knife came in OEM packaging in perfect condition. Originally I was skeptical about ordering because of older reviews that were several years old indicating knives didn't come in pristine condition. I took a chance and am glad I did as it was on sale and with an additional 15% off coupon. As for Wustof Classic Ikon, best knives I've ever had.

My wife and I are serious at home cooks so we really appreciate great knives. We have a full set of Wusthof knives, each one purchased for a specific purpose. I love this knife for carving turkeys and roast. The quality of all our knives is exceptional and I know, with proper care, they will last a lifetime.

This knife cut through ham and turkey without much effort. Feels great in my hand thanks to the ergo handle.

It's a Wustoff. What else can you say. It's great.

Flimsy packaging and no box. For the amount of money this cost that is ridiculous. I was giving it as a gift but it looked like I was trying to give something that was used or from a set. Great knife though.

Bought this carving knife as a present for a bbq aficionado. Pairs nicely with the ikon fork. But this is how I received the product as a new purchase product. Now I am out of time to look elsewhere for it. Utterly disappointed in the quality of work from the seller amazon.
