Is my second bottle, haven’t seen the difference yet so I’m going to continue to take this second one and see if there will be a difference, however the product says to take 6, I take 2 because I take other vitamins with it. I think taking 6 at a time is to much then to space then out it would take reminders especially if your a busy person, I feel like they should make that 6 in one pill or add more than 180 just to get the suppose dosage needed. However I the ingredients and I haven’t seen any other product with better ingredients or price and the amount of capsules.

These were recommended to me by our daughter. This is my 3rd order. I can't say I feel any different when I do take them but I am sure they are beneficial. I have also chewed them before, but I do like eating liver. For those who hate eating liver, this is perfect. You can't taste liver. Just swallow. The pills are large though so best to swallow one or two at a time. The dosis is 6 pills per serving.
