Q: will it hold up in a hail storm

It may but it would probably damage the canopy some and I wouldn't expect it to hold up to a few hail storms its mainly for rain.

Q: do the feet have holes for stakes, screws, etc

the feet do have holes but arnt big enough for full sized stakes .....the holes will fit the "steakes" u get w a new tent or screws

It’s not commercial quality. The frame is strong enough but the canopy constantly rips at the very top
