Pull out wand does not recess back properly
There are not many Faucets that are capable of 2.2 GPM. We searched and found that this faucet does have 2.2 GPM option (not really sure why Moen, Kohler and all do not have 2.2 GPM option. While there might be a bunch of people who want to save water and what not, there are others who do not want to wait in kitchen forever to collect some water or want spray to be high pressure to clean the surface well)Previously had Moen motion sense. Got tierd of it working half the time and have a mind of its own. Decided to get rid of it and go with no electronics. This faucet was easy to install for the most part. Nut holding the faucet under the cabinet is too large and space being tight there, one can not use any big adjustable wrench. Only was able to hand tighten and use cutting plier to tighten a bit.Complaint: Pull out wand does not go back to its original position. Have to manually push it back. I used the weight of the Moen also below cabinet, did not help. Disappointing, but have to live with it .

Buyer Beware!
Caution: ordered Lustrous Steel and received Chrome finish instead. Packaging was the worst I have ever seen! The faucet and parts were literally just thrown into a box! Spray setting button feels very cheap.

High quality
Overall very happy with the faucet. It had a higher quality feel and weight to it than other main stream brands. Only down side is the effort required to re-seat the pull out spray head into the faucet. Unlike others that have a magnet that pulls the spray head back in this one has to be pushed in and clicked in. I feel like it requires two hands to do this...one to hold the faucet for support and one to push in the spray head.

Nice, clean look; weak spray
I like the simplicity of this faucet. My only complaint is that the spray function is not very strong.

Elk faucet a thing of beauty
We received our faucet in December 2015 and were thrilled that it matches our smaller RO faucet perfectly. My husband installed it himself in just a couple hours (bless him), and it has worked perfectly for us. It's also very beautiful, which is important because guests can see the sink from the living room. At one point we had a little leak around the pull-down sprayer, but it seems to be fine now. We're impressed with Elkay's quality, and packaging and delivery were just fine. So far, we're very pleased.

Love the water flow
Nice looking, easy to install. I was going to give it a 4 star because the resistance of the spout rotation is so little that the weighted hose underneath kept swinging it around. If you slide the weight down almost to the bottom of the loop, instead of putting it where they say to put it, that takes care of the problem.
