Worth the price
Hard to find anymore and pricey but worth it considering how well they last. This is a replacement for one we've had for just over 10 years. It's was exposed to harsh outdoor elements and not completely done yet. We love how the bench converts to a picnic table as well.

Happy with the purchase
Like my title states, I’m happy with this purchase. The bench came in great condition. The faux wooden slats were intact with no breaks or warping. Was easy to put together by myself. Instructions were easy to follow. The included hardware was nicely packaged, labeled, and easy to find. Only extra tool you’ll need is maybe a needle nose plier for the spring. All the screw holes lined up with no major issue threading the screws through. Converting from bench to table is a breeze. I’m about 200lbs and don’t notice any flex to the faux wood when I’m sitting on it.If i had any complaint it’s that the metal frame has some minor dings to it, no major dents. Whether the bench holds up to the elements, only time will tell. I’m hoping no major rust issues occurs in the future. There is a youtube tutorial if you want to replace the faux wood slats to real wood, but I’ll hold off till i actually need to repair the slats.Otherwise I’m happy with this bench. Glad mine had no significant damage to warrant a replacement. Considering buying another one in the future to make a full size picnic table.

Ingenious
I saw one of these outside a local ice cream shop and had to check it out. I love how easy it adjusts AND how durable it was having all those customers using it day to day. I was excited to find this on Amazon and bought one immediately for my deck. I lOVE it because our kids enjoy sitting at it and eating when we have company and they think it's cool to have their own table and bench. All other times, we adjust it to a bench and it's so great. Very comfortable, sturdy, and has a deep bench so you really feel comfortable. I wanted the one in Ash Grey but it was just so much more money than the tan one for some reason. Still, the quality and design is just superb. I love it and highly recommend to anyone that has a small space and needs a few extra seats. All our guest just love it and so do we..

Positive review and a couple assembly tips
We bought four. We saw them in use at a winery in Central California. Their versatility moved us to buy them when we re-did our yard. Employees there seemed to think they were sturdy. The "table" function is stable even when using a single bench. Nice for food or beverage serving area.Time will tell if the faux wood weathers or if it stains from food spills as some reviews not. I am looking for a sealer for it.Assembly is harder than some reviews say but it isn't "hard." Mind the steps and over-tighten warnings. In four tables I found NO loose welds, slats or bad threads in the nuts/bolts etc. A couple holes needed to be finessed a tiny bit and one hinge part needed widening. Shrink wrapped parts are very well labelled so it's easy to know which is which. I did curse the wrapper, but it did keep all the parts together when shipped, so what the heck. All four benches alingned well.INSTALL TIPSHave couple smallish sized 10mm ratchet wrenches handy for main assembly bolts. Have needle nose pliers to to hold the nuts used with the release handle.Mind what direction you put major assembly bolts in under the "table top". There's limited clearance between the top and the release handle. I found the bolt head facing the "inside" area of top was easier as you could hold the nut in place and tighten from the "inside" side.Mind the direction of the cotter pin. The photo shows "my" right way of inserting it. If flipped the other way, it presses up against the nut head and you can't get a rachet or the included tool around the bolt head to tighten it. Not a BIG deal, but when assembling multiple units, it made a difference.

Bench
Hubby said was easy to put together and is comfortable. This is our 2nd bench. The back slats broke on the first bench we'd had for 6+ years so it's on our back porch.

It stains
Saw this at Rv park. Had to have. It comes in a million pieces but hubby was able to put together nice n sturdy awesome piece. Used to be about 40 bucks cheaper before everyone jumped on the covid bandwagon Only con is it stains! Other than the hiked price, it’s such a cool piece to own

Great Bench/Table
Very Easy to assemble All parts are laid out for you. I used only the tools supplied by lifetime the only tool not supplied was a pair of pliers (used to attach 2 springs). Some of the parts are assembled for you (all the Slats) I spent a bout an hour putting it together. The instructions were easy to follow with good pictures and lifetime has a video on you tube for assemble if needed. If I wanted another I would buy again.
