Its texture is very dense as is for the extra virgin olive oil.Sure it is way too expensive than other refined/natural/cold pressed cooking oils as Olives are not grown in India. But if your are health freak than you can go for it.Moreover, it has the lowest price and highest quantity than other brands of extra virgin olive oil.

This is one of my favourite olive oil, I bought a 5 lt oil tin, today I received that only thing that is little bended tin I got, I know it can happen sometime while shipping and all so it's okay for me,The Oil is good, smell like a wine really it sulde be like that and the colour is little liter then Figaro other than it is amazing,One thing I like to explain to the Byers please don't heat the oil more than 200 cBecause if you heat any type of Oli especially olive oil that won't give the original taste and flavorAlso that is converted to LDL which is bad for your health, so please aware of while cooking with the fried items , thank you Amazon
