A friend recommended this to me after I was struggling with REALLY BAD chapped lips for almost three weeks, since the EOS bran I was using was doing absolutely nothing for me. Misleading
The last time I ordered this I received 12 chapsticks. This time I received 3. Ad is misleading about how many you get and should be changed. This is not a refundable item.

Saved my lips!
After using another lip balm that caused the corners of my mouth to crack, I went back to the reliable Chapstick brand. Within a couple days, the chapped/cracked places were healed. I won’t buy anything else, moving forward.

Chapstick is very good, though you do have to reapply a few times

Only received one of twelve ordered
Ordered two packages of twelve and only received 2 individual ones. Reading the reviews, this has apparently happened frequently (unfortunately); no one is going to pay $25 for 2 tubes of chapstick!
