Recommended in consumer health newsletter. Smallish bars that are not crunchy but chewy and taste exactly like a compressed peanut butter & jelly sandwich. 6 grams of protein and zero added sugars. 5 natural ingredients. A little pricey.

Positive: the coconut almond tastes great. I wasn't impressed with the mango almond...especially the texture.Negative: the size of the bar is ridiculously small. The size of the wrapper...end to end (not counting the end tabs) measures 4.25 inches and the actual bar measures 2.5 inches. For the price, it would be nice to get a little more product.

Mid morning snack

The shape and consistency reminds me of Fig Newtons, only larger. Taste is good, though slightly bland. Sugar-free has that effect. It's likely that I will order it again.
