I grow microgreens for my wife's restaurant. The chef puts the microgreens on almost everything and really makes the dishes pop! The color of these purple radish microgreens is very deep but also has some that come out green. Our customers really like the color and the flavor of these microgreens.They're easy to grow in a 10 by 22 tray, I find they take about 5 to 6 days from germination to harvest.

I was fascinated by its color as a beginner sprouter, and it definitely met my expectations. The germination rate seems almost 100%, with healthy growth even without any additional fertilizer. Instead of using a mat, I opted for a thin layer of coco coir, which worked well. Germination started the very next day, and the roots grew down quickly, supporting healthy sprouting until the end. I'm happy with this item, but now I need to consider its cost-effectiveness.* update: It sprouts beautifully even on clay pebbles—amazing!

LOVE these radish sprouts, no issues with them, easy to grow (just used a growing tray with water and paper towels), great color and flavor!

A sprits of these over a bowl of soup or ramen , Wraps , salad . The flavor is spicey and sudle . ( Vegans look away ) but tossed with a basalmic viniger and over a good steak . These brighten and add a depth to all kinds of meals . And lush carpets of sprouts to clip daily is fresh and delicious .

Sprouts were easy to grow and produced an excellent yield.
