Yes. It comes with the balloon. But it doesn’t come with anything to attach the balloon to the box. I just used some string from the place that put helium in it for me.

Remove the bottom liner, then just fold the sides in.

Q: How long did it stay inflated for after you put helium in it? Just wasn’t sure if it stayed inflated for a while like a fool balloon or not.

yes, just like other mylar balloons, it stayed inflated for several days.
