Yes. the ELEMENTI Granville Table includes pre-attached 10 ft hose with regulator to connect the external propane tank. No, the ELEMENTI Granville Table not includes a propane tank, and this fire pit table style is not the design to hide the propane tank under the container of table. But we have propane tank concrete covers which sold separately. And we also have another vertical style fire pits which can hide the tank inside. Such as "MODENO Lava Tube Concrete Propane Fire Pit", "MODENO Basalt Concrete Propane Fire Column" and "MODENO Pompeii Concrete Propane Fire Pot".

Q: Can the unit work with a propane gas line, instead of a tank?

Yes. This unit is designed for propane only. Propane tank or Propane gas line are both fine.
