This is the 1st time I have ever had a cold box & because I had a 3 hour drive to see my daughter who is living in Weymouth, I got this 12volt cold box to help keep everything cold & Frozen & to my surprise everything was just as if I had only just put it into the Box after almost 6 hours. Bought an electric cool box whilst the weather was hot and used it in the car. Worked really well and kept items cold when not in use too

Fix your plugs it caused a fuse and cable to burn in my car ew

Great product, we used it for our camping trip and it kept our food nice and cold

I purchased this cool box and adapter to transport food from home to a holiday cottage to avoid shopping during Covid 19. I have found this to be a bad design. The position of the cable entry into the box when connected in the car makes it difficult lock the lid securely or use the handle of the box. Also, the motor of the box is extremely noisy and can be heard clearly over the car engine! I attempted to return both items only to find the window for return of the adaptor had expired although it had arrived after the cool box. The stress of trying to return the goods as directed is not worth the hassle during the pandemic and I would not recommend buying them. This saga has occurred between 10 September 2020 and 10 Oct. 2020. Perhaps I will use it at another occasion but using it with ice packs. I was a bit concerned over some of the other feedback regarding noise/water but it's not that noisy and only a little water in the bottom which is normal if it's cooling effectively, not particularly cold but adequate for keeping margarine, perishable food and drinks cool enough to last a few days camping in warm weather
