excellent product , great flavor... works great on salads, in Alfredo to make pink sauce with a great flavor etc.these are also VERY VERY fresh... much better than when Ive bought the same brand in grocery storesand by far the best sundried tomatoes in oil you can buy anywhere, no bad sppots, discoloration, stems or anythingthese are fantastic

These are fantastic! Put them in a salad or cook them with other veggies. I eat them almost every night.

I bought these they sold me on the price for 12 jars. Found out real quick why. When I received ALL THE JARS EXPIRATION WAS APRIL 2022. Received them today August 1, 2022.

Bottles were slightly oily - probably leaked a little.

Mysteriously , the supermarkets have been out of a good Sun- dried tomatoes in oil. The products on the shelf are dehydrated, not sun-dried. The latter makes a big difference in taste. This product is delicious. No hydrating, cutting and adding to olive oil with proper spices.

You can get this same stuff cheaper at Costco in a larger size. However, I find these quite convenient because one jar is just the right size for making tomato pesto in the food processor. Just dump in the processor, add garlic, lemon juice, white wine and pepper and you are set. It makes enough for a large serving of pasta for a family, or several smaller servings. The olive oil in the pesto seems to be good enough quality, and the tomatoes are full of flavor.
