The media could not be loaded. This is a life saver! My nipples don’t hurt anymore when pumping. It fits well in my freemie independence pump. It is easy to remove unlike the other reviews are saying. Just push it gently and it will come out. The only thing i notice, the suction is not too good. It decreased my milk output when i pumped unlike before when I was not using the inserts.

These are amazing makes pumping so much more confortable. Yes theyre hard to take out but thats because they are so form fitting. Get your self a pair of reusable chopsticks on amazon for like $1 and use one to stick inbetween the insert and the flange and itll come out easy. Not everything can be 100% perfect this is an amazing and cheap hack to resize flanges.

I was able to use this flange insert not only with my Freemie cups, but also with my Willow 2.0 24mm Flange.Freemie SystemThe fit with the Freemie cups is incredibly sturdy. It was difficult to get out at first, but after I knew to twist instead of pull, dismantling and washing was a breeze.Willow PumpThese fit into the 24mm flange loosely. I don't think it affected the suction despite the looseness. I just had to get used to holding in the flange insert when I went to take out the milk bag from the unit, so the flange insert wouldn't fall to the floor. Otherwise this made pumping with my willow significantly more comfortable and increased when using the Willow.

I bought this to use in my willow pumps. It fits perfectly in Willow’s 24 mm flanges and slightly raised in Medela’s 24mm flanges.Wearing the pumps with these inserts helps with nipple pain/discomfort. I had much better milk output with these on in a faster amount of time. Will be ordering more to have on hand for multiple sessions without having to wash/dry in between.

I like that they fit my Medela 24mm flanges. As long as you put them on just right they work great, but they are so thick that you can't really see your nipples through them to ensure the alignment is right.

If you have elastic nipples, use this brand (long insert) in a 24mm plastic flange. Works well

I wish they made these in a size 15mm but these have still been great for my 21mm flanges on my medela freestyle. So glad I don’t have to rig a bunch of different parts to pump. I only pump to relieve myself or in prep for being away from my daughter so the 17mm have worked just fine. They’re soft and somewhat easy to remove.

I have gone through so many sizes trying to find the right size and sure enough these were it! You do have to to make sure the inserts are pushed in nicely and the edges are sealed to maintain the proper suction, but it’s so easy to use! Also very easy to clean which is very handy when having a newborn. I would purchase a back up set because I love these so much.

Ayant le Tire-lait nomade MomCosy j'avais besoin d'un embout adapté à mes seins pour mieux tirer mon lait. L'embout fait son job mais il faut en effet vérifier de temps en temps qu'il soit bien à sa place au niveau du téton et j'avoue que ce n'est pas pratique de devoir décoller le lire-lait pour vérifier que ça tire bien. Je suis satisfaite de mon achat puisque je constate qu'avec un embout adapté on tire plus de lait. Je trouve néanmoins le prix élevé pour un mini bout de plastique. Mais c'est comme ça partout dans le secteur de la puériculture.
