April 2023 update Due to supply issues the injectors now come with metal or plastic adapters as available also comes with, 14 gauge needles, and 3 plug screws. 12 gauge needles and close tip needles are available for purchase as an upgrade. For the last couple of years I have been working an idea… How can I make my food better and how can I make my food prep faster. So after thinking about it and tons of research I developed Chop’s Power Injection System! It was such a great product I patented it! Yes it is PATENT PENDING!! The tank holds up to a ONE GALLON! of your favorite injection fluid. It has FOUR 14 Gauge needles spaced out at the perfect distance. Out of the box you will find the Injector fully assembled all you have to do is clean it with HOT soapy water and bleach. Then flush it with clean hot water until all the soap and bleach is gone! (Make sure you do this before and after EACH use) When your ready to inject, fill your injector at least a 1/4 full with your injection, pump up, and pull the trigger! You will notice whatever you are injecting will quickly start to expand as if you are filling a football with air!!! That’s POWER!

Fastest injection method this side of the Mississippi!
Fastest and easiest way to inject a hog! This does the job quick, easy, and completely! You could loose 2 hours of cook time and loss of heat without it by trying to use a single needle system.... and especially if you inject a second time during your cook. If you don't inject a second time during you're cook....you're going to loose to someone that did!Also if you do larger production: hams, briskest , etc.....you can't live without one! Cleans up easy and is well made!

Awesome product
I injected a whole hog early in the year and I quickly realized that if I was ever going to take that challenge again, then I would have to find a better/faster method to inject. I used this product when I smoked this summer's 10lb brisket. Had my brisket fully injected in a mere 10 minutes. If you're gonna get one, get the gallon jug. Chances are if you're considering purchasing this product, you're already on the road to injecting big pieces of meat, so get the bigger reservoir. Note: the needles that come with this will handle liquid only, so if you prefer to infuse rubs with your injection then you'll need the bigger gauge needles as an add-on.

Works great but it will clog with any solids in the injection mixture. Strain it well and you will not have any issues. Not too bad to clean, but a must between uses / different applications.

Great product works as it should
It was an ease to inject the meat I have been doing it by hand and I would never go back to doing any other way; this is a great product.

Not food safe!
Called the manufacturer of the pump and it is in fact not food safe. The parts Kansas bbq makes may be food safe although I doubt the glue used to attach the head to the sprayer is. Really bummed out but the product is useless for food production if it is not food safe.

I do not recommend this item.
This is a glorified insect killer bottle. We've tried to use it four times already and it leaks. It also exploded as my husband tried to put the liquid marinade in an18lb. fresh pork shoulder.
