The flavour is very well retained in the powder and therefore enhances the taste of dishes. Very happy with the product quality.

Used for making jerk chicken. Tasted very close to the dish you would taste in Jamaica.

Great taste and aroma. I use it as part of jerk seasoning.

No complains about the product, but as someone already reviewed here, this AllSpice powder is strong! indeed I wouldn't recommend using more than a dash or a pinch in one recipe. Generally used for baking and added with a spice mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and ginger for cookies, cake or pie fillings, like allspice cookies, gingerbread or giinger cookies. Too much of this heady fragrant powder could induce vomitting or ruin a dish due to it's overpowering smell! All Spice comes from a leaf called allspice that has been ground up. This product comes from Kerala.

Good quality

Adds a good flavor to the curry...I at times use this in place of garam masala...gives off a good aroma too.
