You will get a core workout while wearing them. Adapt in your home for a few days before going outside. Don’t skip adapting. You’ll get a good leg workout just jumping in your house. Worth the purchase.

Fun & fit perfect!!
I LOVE these!!! I am 5'2", weigh 122 lbs.....have a regular 7.5 size foot and these fit perfect!! I am 6 feet tall in them!! LOL! They are a little stiff to bounce at first, but by the 3rd time wearing them I can feel them loosening up a bit. These are great, I am very happy with my purchase.

Wondering about the quality...
I'm not very happy with this boots. I don't use them a lot and after a few times (easy) running with them, the hook that holds the sole together is broken. How is this possible when you don't really use the boots?

Was what I was hoping for - so fun to jump around!
Just started with them two days ago but already glad I made the purchase and hope to get into an exercise routine right away using YouTube videos - even though running in the seems like it would be fun, road surfaces would likely damage the bottoms too fast.
