Excellent range
Have a small holding and took the handset (not using extended antenna) and had a good signal all over my 4-5 acres. Finally a land line phone i can use. Oh, and no mobile signal so important for me to keep in touch... buy two if you may need a pair for 'walkie talkie' functionality. Bit bulky to hold but is waterproof and rugged so is fair.

With large antennae in place, these work from the house to workshop through two brick walls and a driveway.
