its an 8 ohm one hundred watt silk tweeter with a good mid range and sub. seems unneccesary to try to blow out your tweeter

left side is positive. right side is negative

Q: Does the cutout diameter include the connectors or just the main body? I see some who say one or the other.

The hole size is just for the main body. The connectors require additional enlargement of the hole.
