I got two of these for each location so I didn’t have to keep loading and packing around it each time. It’s built well and the armrests pads are nicely cushioned, break locks are strong, the side arms rest are removable if you need to more easy transfers on and off the chair to a bed or chair of same height and it rolls nicely. One recommendation is to buy a thick seat cushion, these don’t come with one, which is understandable everyone has their own comfort level. The weight is not bad, so if you’re not constantly lifting in and out of the car it fine, just lift with caution. If you are doing a lot of transport to doctors appointments get the light weight one, just be careful as the weight distribution on those can tilt the back during transfers so you will need to hold the back while they get seated or over thresholds.

First thing to know is this is not delivered by Amazon. The tracking information on Amazon is not correct. I received a phone call from a delivery service letting me know I would need to sign for the item at delivery. I kind of think that should be disclosed at the time of purchase. The wheelchair is sturdy and it is small enough for it to be a big help in a home that was not built to accommodate a wheelchair. We can at least get it close enough to the bedroom door or bathroom to be of assistance. I haven’t taken the chair out of the house or tried to load it in the car. I’m not sure I could lift it without a second person helping to get it in the trunk.For the price it’s been a great item to have.

Purchased for our church so only gets used once in awhile shipping was fast

Came 2 days earlier, shipped with UPS. Not much to put together, since I don't use the leg rests. Just had to attach the arms. Just pull it out of the box, open it up and was done. Seems like a very sturdy chair, and rolls easily.

We ordered this wheelchair for my mother, who has a spinal cord injury. After two months of using this chair, the fabric on the seat has stretched out so significantly, that it does not support her in the chair. She ended up sliding out of the wheelchair, resulting in 911 needing to be called to assist her, purely because of the stretching of the seat fabric. Because this was purchased through Amazon, McKesson as a company is not able to repair/replace the wheelchair. We are currently waiting to hear from Amazon and SimplyMedical to see what support can be provided as we are beyond the 30-day return window.

This chair arrived 1/2 day early. Hurray!!! Just opened the Box, Pulled it out, and unfolded the chair. Then I installed the foot rests. EASY !!! Assembly took about 3 or 4 minutes. This is a Solid Product, and I'm glad We got it.THANKS !!
