Q: Does the product include epinephrine injectors?

No, our product does NOT include epinephrine injectors or other medical accessories. The package includes only the EMPTY carry case, a carabiner, and a detachable lanyard. Injectors shown are for display purposes only.

Q: Which brands of epinephrine injectors does your case fit?

Our case is compatible with Mylan's EpiPen, Teva's epinephrine auto-injectors, and their generic equivalents.

Q: Why is there a gap when I close the case? Will it affect zipping it up?

For a compact fit, we recommend removing the injectors' plastic shell if possible. Even if not removed, adjusting the angle as shown in our demo video will allow the case to close and zip up securely.

Q: What is the significance of the Yellow and Green colors?

The Yellow and Green colors help you quickly identify whether your injector is 0.3mg or 0.15mg. This ensures you grab the correct one in an emergency, enhancing safety.

Q: What does "Splash-Resistant" mean?

The PU material resists light splashes but is not fully waterproof, especially around the zipper. If wet, we recommend removing your injectors immediately to prevent damage.
