Power light on. Wheel wont turn dont hear any motor sounds or vibration. Any suggestions?

The light is a switch than turns the wheel clockwise or counterclockwise, make sure it’s flipped to one side or the other rather than balanced in between.

Does the plate have the screw holes for throwing bats?

No it doesn’t and very hard to remove from ridged aluminum wheel. Even after toggling it several times it is impossible to remove and not destroy your piece. I had to buy pot lifters

does a manual for the machine itself come with it ?
