Been looking for this particular oogie boogie without his burlap sack on and guess what I found him! He'll never get opened or played with. He'll be sitting on my NBC shelf with POP Jack, POP Sally & POP Zero ohh & POP Sandy Claws. Also found this oogie boogie at the cheapest price he's ever been so yay me again !
