Q: Is there any way to see the battery percentage or at least get a rough estimate?

there is a path to an interface... if you use it it has to be in not 'start up mode' and to use it it has to take over your i2c circuit (or at least the default pins) there is a color of the battery light red green blue which gives you rough estimate while it runs without taking up the i2c circuit, if its on and set up in a certain way there is a interface u serial into to see stats

Q: If the battery is drained and the pi turns off, Will it boot back up when power is restored? Or do you have to push the button each time?

Q: Will this product work will other hats on the pi? Yhe sense hat in particular?

I am using it with a hat right now. what is brilliant about this is that it uses the pins but connects to BACKSIDE of the pins so the GPIO header is totally free. You have to see it to believe it but the pin connections are these little spring-loaded cups that hold onto the back of the pins..... the header is completely free and clear so you can use any hat you want.
