I don't mind the taste, fair enough it might not be the most natural taste, but the ingredients are pretty good and the protein, carbs and fibre profile is good if you are looking to add weight. It cam help with muscle gain and regular exercise. In fact I started using it when I was struggling with eating and became underweight, now I want to add a little muscle. It can seem expensive, but on here, around £33 isn't bad for about 25 servings. I make mine with oat milk and I add a good dollop of almond or cashew butter, and I like the taste.
